FAQ’s
What type of skincare brands do you offer?
I retail Face Reality and glymed+ products, both brands I love that deliver strong results.
What should I know before my first appointment?
- Bringing in the skincare you’re currently using or having photos is helpful
- Plan to fill out new client paperwork if you haven’t before your appointment (this takes roughly 5-10 mins)
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Avoid retinol or strong exfoliants for 48 hours before your appointment
- Avoid other facial treatments, laser, injections, and waxing for at least 2 weeks
Last but not least, communication is everything. Let me know if you’re uncomfortable, if something doesn’t feel right on your skin, if you have questions, if you don’t like certain smells. Your appointment is your time and I will never be offended if you need me to adjust something for you to feel more comfortable.
I’m a new client, what should I book?
The Custom Facial is a great place to start if you don’t know what your main skin concerns are. Make sure you specify “new client” so we have time to do a consultation to get to know each other!
If you struggle with:
- ACNE – Acne Bootcamp Consult + Facial
- DULL SKIN – Glow Facial
- AGING – Beyond Botox Deluxe Facial or Glow Facial
- SENSITIVE SKIN – Hydrating Facial
Your can also schedule just a consultation and we can talk about your skin concerns and make a treatment plan for you <3
What’s Your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time there is a flat fee of $50. Please communicate ASAP if you need to reschedule your appointment, or if you have an emergency come up.
